Tres Palomas
Tres Palomas is a Bossa Nova trio: Mari Simone on vocals, Jason Wolverton on guitar, Sean Chon on upright bass. They sing in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English, and the whole thing sounds like a trip abroad you didn't have to pack for. Unhurried is the word, which makes them the only unhurried thing on a First Friday in downtown Ashland. They played our First Fridays in June and September and they're back in October. Order a glass of red, sit near the patio, and let someone else do the traveling.
