Play the Barrel Room
Almost no winery publishes its terms. We do. We make our money on wine, not the door, so we can give musicians a bigger share of it than a bar or club can. On ticketed nights we handle the promotion: our email list, socials, event listings, and posters we design and print. You don't have to sell a single ticket on your own.
Cellar Session
Afternoon background music, free entry. $100 per player, up to two players — so $100 solo, $200 duo — whether the room fills or not. Thursday, Friday or Saturday, 4–6pm. Two hours with a 15–20 minute intermission. Your tip jar is 100% yours and so is your merch. Two glasses and a pizza each, on us. Solo or duo, no drum kit, no backing tracks.
Barrel Session
Ticketed Friday and Saturday nights. You are the event. You keep 100% of the face value of every ticket sold, from the first ticket. We take no percentage — a $3 service charge is added at checkout and paid by the buyer, covering card fees and the box office. No house fee, no sound fee, no promo charge-back, no cut of your merch. Doors at 7, music 7:30 to 9:30. The band is fed, four comps, and a printed settlement sheet at the end of the night, every time.
How it works
Most acts start with one paid afternoon, which is an honest way for both of us to find out whether the room suits you. From there it's a rotation of three to six afternoons a year, and a ticketed night whenever it fits. If you already tour and draw a crowd, say so and we'll talk about a ticketed night directly.
What we look for
Jazz and swing, blues, soul, bossa nova, acoustic singer-songwriter, folk and Americana, bluegrass, gypsy jazz and light instrumental. The barrel room carries sound, so we keep it acoustic-friendly: no kits indoors, nothing sung to tracks.
