What to tell guests.
“Resistance is the winery downtown, about a five-minute walk from the Shakespeare theatres on Pioneer Street. Small-lot Rogue Valley wines, a $20 flight, waived on two bottles, and something on most evenings Thursday through Saturday. Book ahead if you can; walk-ins are welcome when there's room.”
- Open: Thursday–Saturday 2 – 7 PM, Sunday 2 – 6 PM.
- Where: 322 N Pioneer St, Ashland, OR 97520. +1 541 708 1272
- Food: The Allium's wood-fired pizza truck parks outside, usually 11 AM–8 PM. The Allium is a separate business and sometimes caters offsite events, so check with them before coming just for pizza.
- Kids and dogs: Kids welcome at every event until 9 PM. 21+ to drink. Dogs, yes, if they're cool.
- Dress code: whatever you can spill Syrah on without crying.
- Groups: the booking page takes parties up to 8. Bigger than that, we set it up as a private event. Here's how →

- Thursday
- Thurs-date Night, 5–8 PM. A new theme every week: tastings, trivia, pasta nights, pizza parties.
- Friday
- Friday Night Pizza Night, 5–8 PM. Wood-fired pizza from The Allium's truck, parked right outside. No reservation needed.
- First Friday
- Live music. Once a month.
- Most Saturdays
- A show in the Barrel Room. Live music or stand-up. Who's on changes every week; the calendar knows.

Birthdays, anniversaries, work dinners, bachelorette parties, a work thing everyone is pretending is fun. Private dinners for a small group or the full room (bring your own catering, or The Allium builds a wood-fired menu around the wine), private tastings built for the occasion, and our event-planning help comes with the space.
