Yes, we ship. Wherever we're licensed, no drama.
Resistance Wine Company ships wine directly to consumers through Vinoshipper, to every state we're licensed in (the current list is on our shipping page). Fixed flat-rate shipping in Oregon, California, and Washington. Other states ship at variable rates depending on carrier and compliance zone. If you're in a no-ship state — looking at you, Utah — we're sorry, come visit us in Ashland instead.
All orders are processed through Vinoshipper, which handles the compliance piece so you don't have to think about it. Order online, we pack it, it ships within a few business days. Wine club members get priority access to limited releases and pay the same fixed rate in the three-state flat-rate zone.
If you've been looking for Rogue Valley wineries that ship direct, we're one of the better options — small-lot reds, honest whites, and rosé that travels surprisingly well. No minimum order on most items. Tasting room at 322 N Pioneer St, Ashland, if you'd rather pick up in person.

Quick answers.
- Which states do you ship wine to?
- The current list is on our shipping page, straight from Vinoshipper. No-ship states include Utah and a few others still living in 1919.
- How long does shipping take?
- Typically 3–7 business days depending on your state and carrier. Summer orders may include a cool-pack option for heat-sensitive routes.
- What about states with tricky wine laws?
- Some states have special restrictions — dry counties, volume limits, weird licensing. Vinoshipper handles the compliance. If your state is on the list, you're good.
