Oregon winery + food truck.
The Allium's wood-fired pizza truck serves Resistance Wine Company at 322 N Pioneer St, Ashland, Oregon, usually 11 AM–8 PM. Full pies, small bites, empanadas, charcuterie. We handle the wine — small-lot Rogue Valley reds, whites, and rosé. Bring your appetite. The Allium is a separate business and sometimes caters offsite events, so check with them before coming just for pizza.
Allium is not a compromise. Wood-fired pizza is the natural counterpart to a Syrah that argues with dinner, and the tasting room outdoor space is the right setting for both. Families welcome. Dogs welcome if they're cool about sharing the patio. No RSVP needed.
If you've been looking for an Oregon winery with a real food program on-site, this is the answer. The truck keeps its own hours; charcuterie boards are available inside either way, and Friday Night Pizza Night is the main event.
