Each session includes premium pours from top wineries around the world. A significant portion of the cost of this class covers the wine. Practice identifying flavors and flaws, like a rogue sommelier who answers to no one. - Small, Exclusive Group

- Session 1: From Grape to Glass—Ditch the dryness of typical wine 101. We’re starting with the fundamentals, told in a way that’s actually fun.
- Session 2: Taste Like a Rebel—Decode flavors, aromas, and body with an irreverent twist.
- Session 3: Terroir & Eyes Wide Shut—Explore global wine regions and discover blind Old World/New World Tastings.
- Session 4: Oregon Originals—Meet the mavericks, sample local gems, and see how we do it differently in our own backyard.
- Session 5: Walla Walla Wonders—Discover a “nearby” region worth tasting and talking about.
- Session 6: Paso Robles & Beyond—Finish with a region that’s redefining California wine, and walk away an enlightened wine rebel.
