Thursday's are for date nights
Thurs-date nights... if you will.
Thurs-Dates
A weekly excuse to get out of your routine and into something a little more fun.
Every Thursday, we turn the tasting room into a different kind of date night—sometimes playful, sometimes a little bold, always centered around good wine and good company. Each week brings a new theme, a guided wine experience, and a food truck pairing designed just for the night.
Come with a date, bring a friend, or show up solo and see where the evening takes you.
Upcoming Themes
Thursday, May 7
Blind Date Night
No labels, no backstory—just you, your date and the glass.
We pour a lineup completely blind and invite you to trust your own palate. Guess the varietal, the region, or don’t guess at all—just decide what you love. It’s a reset from overthinking wine... And hopefully your relationship.
Expect a little curiosity, a little surprise, and a lot of “wait… I love this.”

Truth or Drink
A little bold, a little unfiltered.
Throughout the night, you’ll be invited into rounds of questions—some light, some a little more revealing. You can always pass… but that just means you drink.
It’s playful, social, and tends to turn strangers into fast friends.
Come ready to laugh, share a little, and maybe learn something unexpected.
Thursday, May 21
Open bottle Night
A seat at a slightly bigger table.
Alongside Resistance wines, we open a bottle (or two) from a producer we love—something that inspires us, challenges us, or simply tastes really good. It’s a chance to explore beyond our own cellar while staying rooted in what we value.
Come discover something new, side-by-side with what you already know.

Wine & Pick Up Lines
Every guest submits their best (or worst) pick-up lines... there will be a winner chosen. A little flirty, a little ridiculous—exactly how a Thursday should feel.
This night is all about not taking yourself too seriously. We’ll be pouring wines alongside a collection of pick-up lines that are submitted by other guests- ranging from genuinely smooth to impressively terrible. Share your own, steal someone else’s, or just sit back and enjoy the delivery.
There’s no pressure to be good at it—honestly, the worse the line, the better the night.
Come for the wine, stay for the one-liners you’ll probably regret later.
