So, if your bottle arrives looking like it’s been in a bar fight or if you pop the cork and get a whiff of "uh-oh," we’re here to help. While we won’t refund your purchase (our accountants are rebels too), we’ll gladly swap that bottle for a fresh one, because no one should suffer through corked wine.
