Love is in the air—and on our menu!

Join us at Resistance Wine Co. this Valentine’s Day for “A Love Story Dinner,” a one-night-only affair of romance, indulgent dining, and a toast (or two) to the couples that make our hearts skip a beat. We’ll set the table with our finest wines and decadent courses, ready to fuel an evening of heartfelt nostalgia and new memories.

Here’s the twist: between bites and sips, we want to hear your love story—yes, that one. Because what’s more romantic than good food, great wine, and a room full of starry-eyed couples swapping their happily-ever-afters?

Chef Carl has created an exquisite menu to compliment the wines:

1. Troon farms winter squash with black apple, grilled honey, and sourdough.
2. Rogue artisan foods pork belly with sunchoke, black garlic, and hazelnut.
3. Firebird farms yak with house penne, pumpkin seed ragu, and winter savory.
4. Hazelnut miso cheesecake with caramelized pumpkin, smoked chocolate, and dulce de leche.

Tickets are $198 per couple ($99/person)
